Title : Inner source software development
Abstract : Inner source software development is the use of open source practices for firm-internal software development. In inner source, developers collaborate across organizational silo boundaries for higher code quality, more code reuse, and better knowledge sharing, while improving employee satisfaction. In this talk, I will give an overview of the research domain, including 15 years of our qualitative research as well as our more recent quantitative research on the topic.
