The main result of the talk is that ttopological four-manifolds with odd intersection form and  fundamental group Z_2 admit infinitely many distinct  smooth structures provided they are smoothable (with potentially seven exceptions). In the lecture we review some basic constructions andverify the main theorem in some special cases. This is joint work with Inanc Baykur and Zoltan Szabo.
